Mike, Walter & Ron, Thank you for the excellent and quick service you gave me this morning when the low tire pressure tire indicator suddenly came on while driving down I-95; showing up without an appointment on a busy Monday and getting superior service was outstanding! Mike looked at the tires & explained how busy they were today with appointments but said he could get me in ASAP. Ron explained the tire was not repairable and gave me a few options for a replacement. I was provided with not only a new tire, but the tires were rotated so I could drive away safely. Tried Ken's after our trusted mechanic was retiring. Been there several times now and happy every time with the quality of work and respect for customers.
My wife and I have been using Kens Goodyear for over 20 years. Even after we moved 4 years ago (15 miles further away), we still use them. Hadn't been in for over a year due to covid, but they still welcomed me by name. We have ALWAYS had excellent service from them. Hope then never close.
I limped into the station this AM with a flat tire and in a panic. I had an important pre-op doctor's appointment for surgery I was about to miss because of my car. Ken's Service Center in Columbia, MD not only gave me a ride to my doctor's appointment, but they took my car in to make the emergency repairs.
