Ken, Kelly and Steve, thank you so much for your help and expertise. I needed to replace my tires and wanted to replace with the same brand that served me so well. Ken's Tire service was able to order the brand I wanted, setup an appointment, and replace my tires. They also felt that the brand had a good rating. Buying all new tires is a big investment. Mike White really looked out for me. I had a flat tire in the area and was 3 hours away from home. I was so glad that he was able to squeeze me in and replace my tire that had a hole in it. Again, being 3 hours away from home with my elderly mother was a disaster but he had compassion and made sure that my tire was repaired/replaced. Thanks so much Mike and God bless.

Congratulations to Walter Sullivan on his upcoming retirement from Ken's. He has been my service advisor there since Ken's opened at Minstrel Way in Columbia, and a most accurate, reasonable, warm and friendly one at that, even going beyond the call of duty in doing one little nice thing or another. You sense his striving to make you feel as a valued person and customer from the moment you meet him. I will miss Walter there but I'm happy he can enjoy retirement. May God bless him, his family, and Ken's. And I'm glad Ken's continues strong with Ron, the new Steve, and the crew.
