I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Ken’s in Columbia. I found myself at the Exxon gas station nearby. When I got a flat tire I went in to Ken’s to see if they may be able to help me as I was stuck with my toddler and newborn. From the moment I stepped inside the team was kind, thoughtful, and courteous. They went above and beyond to help my family. Without an appointment, they prioritize the work. They helped me bring my car over from where we had broken down, assessed any damage, and made a point to find the parts necessary to fix it. They personally went and found the tire I needed, even though they didn’t have it in stock and sent a staff member to retrieve it as soon as possible. I highly recommend their dedicated work and exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend Ken’s service center to anyone. I know that I will come back for any work that I need done in the future. So happy to have found an amazing service center with dedicated and wonderful service technicians.
Came in because of a low tire pressure warning (leak). Had no appointment and needed to be elsewhere in 2 hours. Ron literally saved my day. They were busy but he immediately took care of the problem. Have been going there for years. This shop always does quality work and has fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them.
Mike, Walter & Ron, Thank you for the excellent and quick service you gave me this morning when the low tire pressure tire indicator suddenly came on while driving down I-95; showing up without an appointment on a busy Monday and getting superior service was outstanding! Mike looked at the tires & explained how busy they were today with appointments but said he could get me in ASAP. Ron explained the tire was not repairable and gave me a few options for a replacement. I was provided with not only a new tire, but the tires were rotated so I could drive away safely. I limped into the station this AM with a flat tire and in a panic. I had an important pre-op doctor's appointment for surgery I was about to miss because of my car. Ken's Service Center in Columbia, MD not only gave me a ride to my doctor's appointment, but they took my car in to make the emergency repairs. They are living examples of Great Service, Kind Souls, and I trust them with all their recommendations in the past, now and in the future. God Bless Them!
This pass summer we brought in 4 vehicle for new tires. I must say Ken's Goodyear has the best customer's service out there! They have the most friendly employees ever. No profanity!!!! The shop is super clean with music playing which makes the wait time very relaxing. Bathrooms are super clean. They took the vehicle in all 4 times in timely matter and service was completed with in an 1 1/2 hrs.
